Jon Davidge

Jon is a seasoned professional in the related fields of leadership, teams and organisational performance improvement. His approach is grounded in a long business career, starting out as a graduate trainee at Procter & Gamble and moving through middle to senior management in the publishing industry in the UK and overseas.

His development career spans three decades as a facilitator and coach. He has created and led programmes for public, private and third sector organisations across the world; most recently working with European Central Bank and the Ministry of Interior of the UAE. Jon defines his personal purpose as ‘firing up and supporting those who want to make the most of their talent’ in pursuit of making their teams and organisations fulfilling and successful places to work.
