Lorange Institute
Jon Lereim has approx. 30 years of experience from industry and academia.
He has held management positions within Det Norske Veritas (DNV) as head of materials technology research section and later as head of the offshore structures Department.
During the period at DNV, Jon Lereim was involved in developing the first generation of Rules and regulations for Floating Production Units, as well as training courses held in Kobe, Japan, Singapore, Houston, Texas, USA, Calgary, Canada and in Rio de Janeiro (for Petrobraz), Brazil.
Beside his academic duties, Professor Jon Lereim is working as a trusted advisor within strategy and management, for industries in Norway and Scandinavia, evaluating their relative competitive position and making programs for necessary strategic shifts.
