Stephen M. Ross School of Business
Jon is a Principal of the firm and leads the Strategic HR practice area. He is also Administrative Director of the RBL Institute.
Jons career is a mix of consulting, line management and HR leadership experience. Prior to joining The RBL Group, Jon was Chief Learning and Talent Officer of National City Corporation, a $140 billion dollar financial services organization, where he was responsible for corporate learning, staffing, performance management, and succession planning. He has also managed leadership development and executive compensation. For the dozen years prior, he was a co-founder and Managing Partner of the Novations Group, a strategy implementation and leadership development firm, and led its New York office. He was also the executive vice president and COO of NetValue U.S., the internet firm. Early in his career, Jon led a global internal consulting team for Exxon Chemicals. He has also been a faculty affiliate for Duke Corporate Education, and a faculty partner of the Center for Executive Development (CED). Jon has a Ph.D. in Organization and Social Psychology from the University of Toronto. He and his family live in Short Hills N.J.
