My role at Flushing Bank is to create added-value by being a solutions provider to small and lower middle market businesses. The primary goal is to understand the business model and the strategic direction of the company prior to determining the right financial remedy. As a result, I am able to better service the business community and provide the needed access to capital for small-middle market companies to grow their business to the next stage in the business cycle.

My professional background spans 30 years in the Commercial Real Estate & Business Finance industries both in corporate and entrepreneurial settings. As a result, I provide prospects /customers with a competitive advantage because I understand the challenges that business owners face on a daily basis which allows me to navigate through the financial product/structure maze effectively to find the ultimate lending solution. I pride myself in managing a full-service relationship from the time the lending process commences to managing the customer's relationship throughout the year. I provide my customers with the necessary education, technical know how, and support through professional referrals and therefore they look to their trusted "commercial banking" advisor.

The primary target market I strive to serve are companies that have $3MM or greater in revenue with borrowing needs of $1MM-20MM. However, many companies that do not meet the target market threshold still fit in the definition of businesses that I can assist in making an asset acquisition, providing growth capital or strengthening the businesses ability to compete and operate seamlessly. My arsenal of commercial lending products such as commercial mortgages/equity lines, lines of credit, term loans, com, participations and practice purchase loans allows me to service a plethora of industries. Furthermore, Flushing Bank's footprint focuses on the Tri-State region and in particular NYC's Five Boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, Putnam, & Rockland counties, New Jersey and Southern Connecticut.
