Biography
Henley Business School
Jongmin Lee is a lecturer/assistant professor in International Business and Strategy at Henley Business School. His current research focuses on the internal network structure, managerial complexity and expatriation strategies in multinational enterprises (MNEs). His research interests also include: (i) knowledge management in MNEs, with a particular focus on subsidiary knowledge creation and knowledge utilization across the MNE network, (ii) emerging market MNEs, focusing on their potentials and challenges in developing innovative capabilities, and (iii) regional integration and its influence on the country-level transition of intra-regional trade network.
He received his PhD from Henley Business School, University of Reading, and an MSc and a BBA from Yonsei University in Korea. Before pursuing an academic career, he worked at Samsung Electronics, Headquarters in Suwon, Korea.
