Biography

Joris holds a degree in law (1991), special degree in social law (1992), and holder of various postgraduate degrees including Human Resources Management (UA) and Risk Management (UA), and also enjoyed various analogous courses (Financial Policy – UA) and European Social Law (Bologna).
Joris was a human resources manager within the financial sector for more than 20 years, with final responsibility for social law, collective relations, compensation & benefits, HR finance, supplementary pension and welfare policy. Joris is also an assistant at the law faculty of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, with a focus on legal methodology and social law.
