My name is José Miguel Moreiro, I am Executive Coach and Change Facilitator. I have always liked to see people shine and I love to help them achieve it. I work with leaders from different backgrounds, cultures, organisations and industries helping them reach their goals and achieve real and sustainable results.

I work with senior executives because it’s a way of indirectly having an impact on the entire team or company. And I like to work on an individual basis because it is the best way to make a tailor-made and exclusive suit and only discuss the executive’s situation and context.
