Jose Sanchez-Alarcos

Passionate about Aviation, I started working in Human Resources Management and Teaching. When I started my Ph.D., the opportunity appeared to put together my passion and my professional activity and moved to Human Factors with a strong focus in Aviation. My Human Resources background allowed me to detect organizational dysfunctions beyond physical ergonomy. Making systems understandable in high-risk activities became a major interest and some recent accidents show that it's a relevant one.
