Biography

Joe Gatto is president of the Ft. Sheridan Group, an information technology advisory firm. He is a former consulting partner at Ernst & Young, where he had national responsibility for leadership of enterprise application software services. Since forming The Ft. Sheridan Group in 2003, his firm has provided information technology advisory consulting services to small and middle market businesses. These services range from IT planning and strategy to application software services.

He has been actively involved with various advisory committees at DePaul since 1990 and has served as an adjunct professor in the School of Accountancy and MIS since 2003. He teaches graduate-level courses in managing information systems and IT audit and controls.
