Biography

Joseph Pilewski is an instructor in the economics department in the Driehaus College of Business. Pilewski has more than 30 years of experience negotiating, structuring, and implementing business incentives, TIF, fiscal impact and tax-exempt financing in the public and private sector. Pilewski coordinated City of Chicago public bond issues that financed the DePaul Center, Harold Washington Library and Goose Island redevelopment. He is the president and founder of Pilewski & Associates LLC. Pilewski teaches courses in undergraduate macroeconomics.
