Biography
User research leader with 10+ years of experience working with companies to build user research practice and incorporate insights into product strategy and design decision making.
Deep understanding of research methods and applying them in fast paced settings throughout product development lifecycle to produce actionable insights.
I enjoy building user research practice, advocating for user centricity and mentoring user/UX researchers.
I teach research methods and user centric product design classes at various universities.
