Biography
PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Japan, and Postdoc and research from UofL, OIST and I am currently working as Chair Researcher at the University of Tokyo. My current research interests relates with neural networks, how to teach it in innovative ways, novel computational models based in newly discovered brain models, building-up neuromorphic chips, ingenious applications for ANN with new types of sensors, and all the previous combined. Furthermore, by the use of Adaptive Systems, AI and Neuroscience, I intend to design and to evaluate technologies in Bioinformatics, Evolutionary Computation and Evolutionary Biology; specially technology that creates biological databases, models of correlations, intelligent interfaces, and complex systems.
I have invented a few human-computer interfaces, with patents pending. I also have experience in the private sector as functional and technical consultant; developer of software and applications for educational, internet, energy, & commercial companies; and in designing, developing and deploying systems; I have researched and studied at the graduate level, and worked in multiple industries in Mexico, Japan and the USA.
I am also in the Board of Advisory serving and helping multiple global companies and start-ups around the world to reach their goals and beyond. I have also helped over fifty disruptive startups in crafting, designing and developing the exponential technology applied to those companies. With a double nationality, Mexico and USA, I have been very privileged to study, to do research, to work, to innovative and to startup in Mexico, USA and Japan, and targeting to impact the World from developed countries like Japan and USA, and developing countries like Mexico and Congo, helping in projects in these countries.
