Warwick Business School
Juan joined WBS in 2019 as an Associate Professor in the Organisation and Human Resource Management group. Prior to that, he was a Senior Lecturer in Practice at the London School of Economics, Department of Management.
Juan holds a PhD from Warwick Business School (2012) and an MBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan (2000).
Before becoming an academic, Juan had a career as an HR Manager in banking.
