Articles submitted to this section should focus on expanding our understanding beyond the multinational enterprise to include organisations of different, clearly defined, organisational size and those with primarily social objectives. Research articles which focus on (social) entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial process are also invited as are articles addressing small businesses within supply chains. All submissions are expected to draw from and build on relevant literatures from across disciplinary divides, for example the small business, social enterprise and entrepreneurship literature as well as business ethics and social responsibility.
