NEOMA Business School
Jun Xiao is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School. She is a PhD Candidate in Innovation Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands, and has been a visiting researcher at INSEAD, France. Jun’s research interests target how people strategise, innovate, and coordinate within novel organizing structures, with the aims of advancing organizational theory. A qualitative researcher, Jun’s work has been presented at conferences including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, EGOS and PROS.
