Justin is Non-Executive Director​ (Full-time Statutory Audit and Supervisory Committee Members)​ of YCP Group. He was formerly a Partner of YCP Hong Kong Limited. He is now an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Business School of The University of Hong Kong and an Advisor of the Entrepreneurial Leaders Institute at Wycliffe Hall, University of Oxford.

Justin brings with him more than 20 years of professional experience in management and strategy consulting having worked with a few global top consulting firms including McKinsey, A.T. Kearney and Booz Allen Hamilton. He had also previously served as Vice President of Chase.com at J.P. Morgan Chase, and was the Head of the Greater China region for C. Melchers and Regional Head of Asia for Maxwell Forest Inc.

Justin also has a wealth of experience in corporate governance and has served on the board of several established multinational companies. He is currently sitting on the board of Hexon Green Capital Ltd- a Hong Kong company driving the growth of Green Finance and Technology. Previously, he was a Supervisory Committee member of Umeox Innovations Co., Ltd. (a company invested by SourceNext Corp - a listed company in Japan), served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Chong Kin Group and was a Director and Board Member of Tam Jai International Co., Ltd. Both companies are currently listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

At present, Justin sits on the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Centre Advisory Panel of Cyberport Hong Kong and is a Board Advisor for the Association of Family Offices in Asia, as well as a Board Member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Justin believes in giving back to society and is actively involved in such initiatives. He was a pro-bono consultant for Habitat For Humanity; a Selection Committee member for the Avery Dennison Foundation Invent Scholarship; a Panellist for GE Foundation TECH Award; an Alumni Interviewer for Stanford University and a Mentor with the Imperial College Mentorship Programme.
