Throughout his professional career, he has been able to successfully hold various key positions and complex responsibilities within the private sector, the public sector, the social sector and the hybrid sector.

He has served as head and advisor to the governing bodies, ethics and CSR committees of large multinational consortiums and family businesses, achieving the # 1 position in the ESR® ranking (2018). He has been General Manager of the DIF System, the first government agency adhered to the United Nations Global Compact. President and recurrently Counselor of renowned Community, Business and Private Foundations.

He is a co-founder of EMPOWERMEN [Human Solutions] an activator of the economy in the Riviera Maya that today has 23K direct and indirect collaborators.

Outstanding change agent who has presented social initiatives and impact projects to important leaders and heads of state like: UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, the USA. President Barack Obama, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium, the King of Spain, and the winners of the Nobel Peace Prize Muhammad Yunus and Poland Ex-president Lech Walesa.
