Karolina Ozadowicz

Committed to continuous learning with a clear focus on people and organisational development I specialise in research, design and delivery of a broad range of leadership, entrepreneurship and presencing (mindfulness) programmes & events.

I am delighted to be involved in a number of ground breaking initiatives one of which is Team Entrepreneurship Program at the UWE. My main responsibility there is to support a number of team entrepreneurs in a) following their passion b) running their own business and c) working effectively within a team.

I'm also actively involved in Teal for Startups (T4S) working group mapping the journey to creating a more humane, more effective startups.

My "north star" continuously leads me in one direction: supporting others in achieving brilliance. I do it by providing honest and genuine 1-to-1 and group coaching and working on projects and with organisations that are purpose and impact driven.​
