Biography
Dr. Katerina Gonzalez is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Sawyer Business School, Suffolk University. Her research interests include the psychology of change, supervisor-employee relations, and social inclusion in organizations. She is interested in how the interaction between an individual and his/her social and organizational context influences decision-making and behaviors. She employs primarily quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, experiments, event study methodology, meta-analyses) to understand how individuals navigate such interactions. Her work has appeared in journals such as Personnel Psychology, Human Relations, Management Decision, and Group & Organization Management. She also serves on the review board of The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science. She teaches at the undergraduate and graduate levels within the areas of organizational behavior, people analytics, and negotiation.
