Experience
Katharina joined the Center for Creative Leadership in 2013 with Global Operations at CCL Greensboro. After her induction in the US, she joined the Client Service Team with CCL in Brussels as a Client Relationship Associate. In this team, she was responsible for advising clients on CCL products and services as well as guiding clients through the assessment completion process prior to a CCL program.
Before joining CCL, Katharina worked for the telecommunication industry in customer service in Leipzig. In addition to that, she also worked in customer service and sales in the retail and wholesale trade for the fashion industry in Leipzig and Berlin.
Current Role
As EMEA Senior Client Relationship Manager, Katharina works in the Inside Sales and Client Services Team, which is responsible for CCL’s Open Enrolment Training business line. She is the lead contact for clients coming from the DACH region. She helps leaders to understand their leadership development needs and to identify the best leadership solution from the CCL portfolio, from individual contributors to senior managers.
Educational Background
Katharina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Applied Science in Merseburg where she specialized in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. She further completed a three-year apprenticeship in purchasing at the OTEMA GmbH Leipzig, a medium-sized service enterprise for agricultural engineering and commercial motor vehicles. Katharina has attended various CCL programs and is certified to administer CCL’s 360-degree assessment suite. She is German and has also lived and worked in the US and Belgium. Her working languages are German and English.
