My research focuses on organizational routines and their role in innovation and strategy making as well as on discursive practices and rhetorical strategies in legitimization processes.
BACKGROUND
Kathrin Sele completed her PhD at St. Gallen University in 2012. After graduation she worked at IAE Toulouse School of Management first as an assistant professor (2012-2014) and then as a maître de conférences (on leave since 09/2016).
