Katie Coupar-Evans

I am accredited by the Academy of Executive Coaching as an Associate Executive Coach and hold a Diploma in Executive Coaching.

I've spent 15 years in leadership roles in various sectors overseeing teams focused on engagement, communications, marketing and events. I've supported women at all stages of their careers, but particularly in navigating the transition to motherhood.

As a mum of three, I know how difficult achieving work/life balance can be and I'm very well acquainted with working parent guilt.

Great coaches and mentors have helped me in my career and now I'm paying it forward. I want to see women flourish and succeed. I believe you can be a great parent and have a fulfilling career but what that looks like is different for everyone. Finding your definition can take time and experimentation, but that's where I can help.
