Biography

Keith is based in Vancouver, British Columbia and works for KPMG LLP in its Corporate Finance and Business Valuation practice. He graduated from UBC in 2001 and obtained his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 2004 while with KPMG’s Audit practice. In 2004, Keith joined KPMG’s Advisory group and qualified as a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) in 2006. He was a member of Queen’s AMBA graduating class of 2008.
While working at KPMG, Keith has delivered a wide range of corporate finance and valuation services to US and Canadian companies including Teck, Freeport McMoran, Dubai Ports, Intrawest, CHC Helicopters, Teekay Shipping, Canfor, The Keg, Lululemon, Artizia, a number of private equity funds and many other small to mid-size businesses operating in a wide variety of industries.
For the past four years, Keith has taught the UFE preparatory course for the CA School of Business and has lectured on the topic of business valuation and derivative/financial instrument valuation to various groups of finance professionals.
Keith has two nephews, Jaxon and Spencer, and a newborn niece Alexis. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, golfing, camping and hiking.
