Ken Lawson has more than twenty years of experience as a career counselor, coach and adviser to professionals and graduate students. Throughout his career he has held key positions and developed expertise in four different industries. At SIPA he is Director of Student Relations in the Office of Career Services, where he provides advisement services for current students and alumni, and manages programming focused on professional development.
Ken Lawson is the author of The KISS Guide to Managing Your Career (DK Publishing), and consulting editor of Barron’s “Business Buddies” series of books for managers and professionals. He earned an MA in Public Communication from Fordham University, and MA and EdM degrees in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College of Columbia University.
