Center for Creative Leadership
Before joining CCL® in 1996, Kevin was a member of an organizational effectiveness consulting group with responsibility for the design and delivery of personal change interventions. He has served as project manager for the Center’s research on leadership development systems and has designed and led strategic change efforts in a variety of industries-aerospace, finance, consumer products, education, and not-for-profits. Kevin came to CCL with 10 years experience assisting individuals and teams work through transitions.
Kevin develops and oversees the development systems for Center faculty across North America. Before assuming his current role, he was Design and Delivery Manager and Director of the San Diego campus, as well as a senior faculty member delivering programs focused on individual, team, and organizational leadership development, and a variety of custom interventions.
Kevin received his M.A. in psychology and his Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. He also holds an M.P.H. degree from UCLA. He has spent the majority of his professional career in education and consulting, holding both faculty and administrative posts. Kevin’s research interest is in the relationship of individual meaning, freedom, creativity, and values in organizational life.
