Biography

Dr. Kimberly Perttula received her PhD in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, her Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and her Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University.

Dr. Perttula is currently an Assistant Professor of Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Before joining the faculty at CSUDH, she was a visiting professor at Pitzer of the Claremont Colleges. She has previously taught courses in Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior.

Her research interests focus on passion for work, employee motivation and development, and leadership. Her research appears in journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior and Journal of Management Inquiry.
