Bio
Mr. Kirk Rimer is a managing director of Crow Holdings and is co-head of the investment group with Mr. Michael Silverman. They are responsible for the oversight and asset allocation process for Crow Holdings'' non-real estate assets as well as selection of investment managers in both traditional and non-traditional asset classes. He joined Crow Holdings from Goldman Sachs where he was a managing director and the southwest regional manager for the Private Wealth Management Division. Mr. Rimer spent 21 years at Goldman Sachs where he worked with individual investors and corporations, with a focus on risk management and equity investments. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 1989, he served as a naval aviator for nine years with the United States Navy. He sits on the board of the UPLIFT Foundation, which specializes in developing charter schools in the North Texas area. In addition, Mr. Rimer is a trustee of Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and sits on the advisory board of the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.
