  • 2014 Habilitation at the University of Bayreuth with a thesis on global diffusion of proton irradiation technology (Dr. rer. pol. habil.)

  • 1989 – 1992 Doctoral studies, dissertation and assistant at the Pharmaceutical Institute of the ETH Zurich.Development of a patented manufacturing technology for transdermal drug delivery systems, in-depth studies in general and clinical pharmacology (Prof. Hanns Möhler) and pharmacokinetics (Prof. Heidi Wunderli).
