Konstantinos Biginas

Konstantinos is the former Assistant Dean of London College of International Business Studies. The enhancement of students’ learning experience has always been a top priority for him. He believes that students should be seen as “equal partners in education” and should be involved and engaged in their learning experience.

Konstantinos teaches Strategic Management on the online Global MBA Programme of University of London with the academic oversight of Queen Mary University of London and UCL. He has been a Module Leader in International Business Strategy at Coventry University London (UG & PG). He is currently a Visiting Senior Lecturer in Business and Module Leader at University of East London and an Associate Senior Lecturer at University of Bedfordshire.

He is also a Professor of Management and Course Leader at the Online Campus of the EU Business School, Barcelona, Geneva, Montreux, Munich and Management Subject Coordinator of the Online Academic Quality Committee. He has also been a Senior Manager at the London Centre of Executive Excellence.

He has extensive research and teaching experience in Business and International Strategic Management. Teaching has been an important part of his career. He has taught UG and PG Business, Strategic Management and Leadership modules in various academic institutions. He has vast professional experience having worked in several institutions in Greece, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Spain.

Konstantinos developed his own Teaching and Learning strategy. The "Classroom Culture" approach. A teaching initiative designed to build an inclusive and highly engaging learning environment. The "Classroom Culture" approach was presented in the Teaching & Learning Conference - Advance HE Conference, 2020 and 2021.

Konstantinos has researched and written extensively on International Strategic Management, Global Competition, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He has participated in various conferences and had his work published.

As an Associate & Lead Editor he has participated in McGraw Hill and Emerald Publications book series. He is a Fellow of CMI (FCMI), recognized Chartered Manager (CMgr) and Senior Fellow of HEA (SFHEA).

He s is a reviewer for the Springer Nature Journal of Knowledge Economy - JKEC, Springer Nature Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship - JIAE, the Emerald Publishing Learning Organization Journal and regular reviewer for book publishers. He is also an Editorial Board Member of European Business & Management (EBM). He delivers regularly professional presentations on contemporary Business issues.
