Indian Institute of Management Lucknow

Krishnan Jeesha is currently Assistant Professor in the department of Marketing Management, at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L). He completed his PhD from IIM Kozhikode. Prior to joining IIM Lucknow he was a faculty at IIM Visakhapatnam and Amrita School of Business. He has five years of industry experience in companies such as TATA Motors, Infosys and Open Quadrant Marketing (a company he had co-founded).

He has published journal articles in European Journal of Marketing, AMS Review, Journal of Prediction Markets and IIM Kozhikode Society and Management review. He has also published teaching cases with IVEY Publishing and Asian Journal of Management Cases.

Krishnan's research interests are in the areas of online review management, webcare, branding and brand equity, online word of mouth and broadly in the digital marketing domain
