I have always been interested in the diversity of human behavior and facets of action. I am fascinated by the underlying complexity, such as behavior patterns, motivations and values.

My Asian-American-German family and my parents' love of traveling influenced me. Experiencing foreign cultures has taught me to be open, tolerant and non-judgmental. I am grateful for every human encounter in my life. They enrich me, teach me. My natural curiosity and my “want to understand” are an essential part of who I am. It is not without reason that my field of activity is diverse and varied.
