Kwanghyun Kim is an Associate Professor of Management and SK-SUPEX Research Fellow at Korea University Business School. He received his Ph.D. in management from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and his Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on global human resources, performance management, and leadership development. His articles have appeared in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Personnel Psychology, and Human Resource Management.
