Kyle Brykman is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Windsor's Odette School of Business. Kyle's research interests include employee voice, resilience, and conflict, with a specific emphasis in leading high-performance teams. Kyle's mission is to advance the performance and health of individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations, such as by clarifying how to speak up more often and effectively, build and sustain personal and team resilience, and successfully manage conflict at work.
Kyle's research has been published in several prestigious academic journals, including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Small Group Research. Kyle holds a PhD in Management from Queen's University's Smith School of Business, an MSc in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an HBA from Ivey School of Business.
