Larissa Rabbiosi is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Economics and Management at Copenhagen Business School. She holds a Ph.D. from Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Her research interest lies in the relationship between a number of dimensions of organizational design (e.g., formal structures, coordination mechanisms, human resource management practices) and firm strategic processes and outcomes (e.g., international expansion, knowledge transfer, innovation). Her work has appeared in the Human Resource Management, Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of International Management, Journal of World Business and Management International Review, among others.
