Biography

CX Management Group LLC was established by Larry Casey, a proven leader with more than 35 years of national and international experience in strategic planning, managing sales and marketing organizations and complex sales pursuits, business development processes, strategic account management, CRM systems, customer feedback programs, and talent development. Larry is certified in Customer Experience (CX) from UCI, a member of the CXPA, and has served on the Customer Experience Advisory Boards at University of California Irvine and Rutgers University. He has been an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and FIU, speaker, coach/mentor, and sales trainer. Larry will bring his expertise along with industry partners to deliver customized services.
