Lars Christian Lassen

Lars Christian Lassen (born 1957), originally a medical doctor, was until 2015 SVP Human Resources at Novo Nordisk A/S.

Lars brings with him a significant experience with the needs and requirements for executive education from one of Denmark’s leading companies and demanding industries. Along with that comes a deep practical knowledge around organisational development, change management and leadership traits. Lars is a partner in Mobilize Strategy Consulting and a sought-after keynote speaker.

Lars Christian joined the board of CBS Executive on 1 December 2010 and was in 2014 reappointed for a four-year term. Lars Christian is considered an independent director – and his most relevant competences include a strong understanding of organisational, leadership and talent development.
