Biography
Laura teaches at UCL, London Business School, Said Business School at the University of Oxford; her main area of interest is marketing especially marketing of innovation. She has taught and directed postgraduate and executive development widely in Europe, Asia and the US. She has worked extensively with Ericsson through Duke CE on their Sales, Marketing and Leadership programmes and as a learning partner with Heineken NV in developing their marketing curriculum in co-located and e-based courses, and directing and teaching on courses in Marketing and Finance worldwide. Previous clients include Apple, ANZ, BA, Barclays Bank, BT, HSBC, Lloyds of London, Philips, Prudential Corporation, Serono Group, Shell, Unilever and WPP. She has previously held academic positions at the London Business School, the Judge Institute of Management Studies at Cambridge University, and at Ashridge Management College. She originally worked in Marketing Management in consumer goods. Laura has an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University and an MBA and PhD from London Business School.
