Laura Malan is a highly-respected executive coach, facilitator, lecturer, consultant, programme designer and director in the field of leadership and organisational development with over 20 years of experience. She has worked with public, private and civil society organisations operating across seven continents in over 17 countries.
Passionate about assisting leaders and organisations desiring greater personal and collective Conscious Impact, Laura employs an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach to unleash leadership potential and achieve optimum positive, systemic and sustainable behavioural change.
Laura engages leaders at the highest level. She has actively worked with leading organisations both locally and globally in numerous sectors including education, financial services, ICT, professional services, packaging, mining, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications. A small sample of her clients include 3i (UK), ABSA-Barclays, Dimension Data (global), Discovery, KPMG, PruHealth (UK), Standard Bank (global), Tenova-Bateman, National Treasury and Tetra Pak (global).
Laura is particularly interested in working with clients to transition high-potential leaders to the next level, build high performance teams and develop organisational cultures where coaching, mentoring and strategic productive dialogue are seen as key.
She has a thriving coaching practice and several local and international strategic alliances. She is a member of faculty at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, a Nancy Kline Time to Think Global Collegiate member and an executive partner of The Consortium for Sustainable Social Change.
