Wagner Graduate School of Public Service
Laura Sabattini, PhD, is a consultant, researcher, and educator on matters of diversity, inclusion, and leadership and an adjunct Associate Professor of Public Administration at New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service. Dr. Sabattini works with businesses and educational institutions to support leadership development and learning activities, strategic planning around diversity and inclusion (D&I), as well as program evaluation and assessments. She was previously Vice President of Research Catalyst Inc., where she led research examining women’s and men’s workplace experiences, D&I and talent management initiatives and best practices, and consulted with a variety of global organizations. Her specific areas of expertise include work-life effectiveness, inclusive leadership skills, and barriers to women''s workplace advancement, with a focus on global perspectives and variations.
Dr. Sabattini received her BA in Organizational and Work Psychology from the University of Padua, Italy and her MS and PhD in Social Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
