Lauren McNally

Lauren McNally is the director of AMA’s Women’s Leadership Center, overseeing the strategic direction of membership and corporate initiatives including content vision, event development, and marketing strategies. She is energized by supporting organizations that are working to develop women for future advancement through community and meaningful education. Prior to coming to AMA, McNally led marketing efforts for the National Association of Professional Women and Professional Diversity Network. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in visual communication design from the University of Hartford.
