Biography
Laurence Monnet Vernier is Adjunct Professor at HEC Paris. She is in charge of different Certificate and Custom programs at HEC Executive Education.
Laurence Monnet Vernier joined HEC Paris in 2013 as a member of the EMBA academic board. She has contributed to a number of publications, works and conferences specifically related to the future development of Human Resources and the evolution of the function within international groups. She has worked, in particular, on leadership, values, employee commitment and the selection, development and retention of talents, in a wide range of cultural systems and business sectors.
Laurence Monnet Vernier began her career as a lawyer at the Bar of Paris. She subsequently held positions of responsibility in major groups for twenty years (Xerox, Manpower, Right Management, Roullier) as Human Resources VP and Managing Director. In her role as a human resources specialist, Laurence has served as an advisor, either as a member of Executive Committees or as a Consultant, in the major strategic transformations within international groups.
Laurence Monnet Vernier holds a Masters in Law from Paris II University (1987) and is a lawyer at the Bar Association of Paris.
