Biography
Laurie Turnbull, CITT, PMM, is responsible for implementing supply chain performance improvements for customers of Cole International Inc., a national third-party logistics firm providing customs brokerage, transportation and warehousing services. He has extensive logistics management experience in both manufacturing and the transportation services sector. Laurie has been actively involved in supply chain management education since 1993 as a continuing education instructor, seminar facilitator and author.

Laurie Turnbull is a supply chain consultant with a leading supplier of customs brokerage, transportation and warehousing services in Canada. He holds a MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Management, and has been awarded designations as a logistics professional by the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation, and the Materials Handling and Management Society of Ontario. He is a frequent speaker at industry events across Canada and a contributing columnist for Canadian Shipper magazine on supply chain issues. He has been actively involved in supply chain management education since 1993 and has been associated with the Schulich School of Business as a part time instructor in Operations Management since 2012.
