Leo Gutson

Leo Gutson has been appointed head of the sustainability area at the digital transformation consultancy Netmind. With the creation of this division and the signing of the manager, the company reaffirms its commitment to business diversification and the drive to develop sustainability strategies for its clients. Gutson will lead the sustainability services area at Netmind for Spain together with BTS globally.

The manager will join the company's offices in Madrid, from where he will assume the duties of leading Netmind's new services in the area of ​​sustainability for current clients of the company, as well as potential clients.

The launch of this division is a reflection of the needs of our clients, whose concern for the environment and sustainable development actions have increased exponentially in recent years”, said Aleix Palau, CEO of Netmind.

Degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Master's degree in Energy Business and Climate Change from the Spanish Institute of Energy. Leo Gutson has 20 years of experience as a trainer and consultant for public and private organizations in Spain and Latin America. He has worked for 10 years at the KPMG consulting firm in the areas of strategic consulting and financial auditing, his last position being manager of the sustainability and climate change team at the Madrid offices.

Before joining Netmind, he has been director of ECODES, a leading organization in Spain in Ecological Transition, Product Manager and business development at Datamaran, a UK technology company for the analysis and management of ESG risks.

In addition, he complements his professional career with teaching, since he is a professor at universities and business schools such as IE Business School, Autonomous University of Madrid or the European University of Valencia, and is also an independent consultant on sustainable business strategy and economics. For his part, Gutson has also been part of the B Corp movement since 2013 as an ambassador for Sistema B in Latin America and has been a member of the team promoting the B Corp movement in Spain since 2015.
