UCL School of Management
Lillian holds an ESRC funded PhD in Innovation from The Open University and has extensive teaching experience, having been teaching UG and PG courses at The University of Southampton, City University and University of Westminster over the past decade.
Lillian has experience in designing and developing modules, which she delivers with a highly interactive method, seeking to integrate her students’ learning experience with live discussion of relevant current issues.
Currently, Lillian is the module leader for Organisational Change (MSIN7003) and Business in a Competitive Environment (MSIN7002B) and supervises Master’s dissertations.
