UW Professional & Continuing Education
Lilliane Ballesteros is the executive director of the Latino Community Fund of Washington State. She leads a statewide team in community organizing, advocacy and building the capacity of Latino-led organizations across Washington state.
Ballesteros has fundraised with small to mid-sized organizations under $1 million for more than 10 years, including Entre Hermanos in King County and Mari’s Place of the Arts in Snohomish County. She has worked with community leaders to increase funding and organizational capacity across Washington.
Ballesteros currently serves on the board of Philanthropy Northwest as the Nominating and Governance Chair. She holds a master's degree from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, University of Washington.
