Dr. Baden is the Director of the BWH/DFCI Infectious Diseases Immunocompromised Host inpatient and outpatient consultative services and also serves as the division’s Director of clinical research. Dr. Baden's research interests focus on early stage vaccine development and the development of novel diagnostics and therapeutics for fungal and viral diseases that affect transplant and cancer patients disproportionately. He is the Program Director for the Clinical Research Center’s (CRC’s) of Harvard Catalyst at Harvard Medical School and Directs the Translational Accelerator/Center for Clinical Investigation (TA/CCI) at BWH.
