Lisa Doherty

I have been a nurse practitioner at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since 2001. I started my career as an oncology nurse at UMASS Medical in Worcester, MA in 1997. I am passionate about the care of my patients and their families, providing a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to their care. I am co-chair of the Nurse Practitioner Credentialing Committee, participating in the credentialing process for all nurse practitioners. I am an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
