Lisa Duke

Lisa’s career has spanned finance, FMCG, charities and the public sector. She has worked in business education since 1997, coaching executives from a multitude of industries and geographies to apply learning from programmes to their corporate roles as well as developing blended and online programmes for the world’s leading business schools and supporting faculty with their teaching and research.

Experience: Lisa’s research background is multi-disciplinary, cutting across strategy and leadership, with a particular focus on innovation and digital transformation. Her educational background includes a First Class Honours Degree in Business Computing from City University, London; an MBA from the London Business School; an MSc in Organisational Psychology (Merit) from University of London, Birkbeck College; and a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School. She is also accredited in the UK and Europe for the NEO PI-R personality inventory by the British Psychological Society. At present, Lisa is studying for a doctorate at SDA Bocconi in Milan focusing on digital transformation.
