Experience
Lisa brings more than eighteen years of leadership experience to her role in the classroom. Prior to joining CCL, she worked in manufacturing with a fortune 500 company. Since joining CCL, she has led multiple functions including operations, information technology, and customer service. She has over ten years of change leadership and project management experience covering a variety of projects focused on global integration, outsourcing, process reengineering, and more. She has a track record of effectively managing business operations as well as leading global, cross-functional, mission-critical initiatives and teams. She has been recognized for increasing operating efficiency, quality, and has a unique ability to understand and translate the needs of diverse stakeholders.

Current Role
Lisa is the Global Portfolio Manager for the Leadership Development Program (LDP), CCL’s flagship program and the longest-running program of its kind in the world running more than 100 times a year. LDP’s audience level is leaders of managers and is built around the competencies of influence, communication, thinking and acting systemically, self-awareness, resilience, and learning agility. Lisa is also the Global Portfolio Manager for the Navigating Change Program, a skills based program focused on change leadership, influencing across organizations, and navigating differences in individual responses to change. As Portfolio Manager, she is responsible for contributing to CCL’s portfolio strategy, driving innovation across the portfolio of leadership solutions, identifying best practices, developing business and designing programs in response to market needs. Lisa is a subject matter expert on Change Leadership and Leading Managers leader level and advises design, sales, and faculty in these areas.

In her role as Senior Faculty, Lisa contributes to the Center’s leadership solutions through design and delivery of customized global leadership development programs for clients in various industries. She also serves as a subject matter expert on experiential learning and is Lead Faculty for the Maximizing Leadership Potential program. She has partnered on leadership solutions with clients from a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, cable and telecommunications, education, non-profit, manufacturing, government, law, technology, military, health care, and more.

Educational Background
Lisa holds a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Master’s Certificate in Servant Leadership, and a B.S. in Business and Human Resource Management from Guilford College. She is certified in 4MAT, WorkPlace Big Five Profile™, Learning Tactics Inventory, Influence Style Indicator®, Change Style Indicator, FourSight™, Myers‐Briggs Type Indicator®, Hogan Assessment Suite, FIRO-B®, FIRO Business™, and the Center’s 360‐degree suite of assessments: Benchmarks®, Executive Dimensions®, Prospector®, 360 BY DESIGN®.
