Jingyan Liu - Professor of Sun Yat-sen University, Doctoral Supervisor, Associate Dean of the School of Business, Senior Visiting Scholar of Cornell University, former APacCHRIE Board Member, China Representative, former Associate Editor of International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, former Editorial Board Member of China Tourism Research, former Academic Board Member of Tourism Science, and former Deputy Director of Guangdong Tourism Management Education Supervisory Committee.

Her main teaching and research areas are sustainable tourism and ecological management, leadership and team management.

Professor Liu Jingyan got on the post of higher education in 1988, joined the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University in 2000, and has been teaching for 21 years. She won the honor of "China's Top Ten Most Respected Business School Professors" in 2014, the honor of "Southern Guangdong Outstanding Teacher" in 2015, and was awarded the outstanding Communist Party member of Sun Yat-Sen University in 2017-2018. And she won the first prize of Guangdong Education and Teaching Achievement Award and second prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award in 2018, and the honor of "Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Award".
